A Collaborative Take on Customer Service (and a Thank You!)

At TeamSupport, our goal has always been and will always be to go above and beyond when it comes to customer support and our help desk software. We really like to listen to our customers comments and suggestions because they know best what they need. It's a big part of why we are so passionate about customer service and helping to make teams as efficient and productive as possible.

We like to think of our software as the best out there, but we know we are biased. So when we get a pat on the back from a service industry authority like John Ragsdale in his post: TeamSupport Provides Collaborative Take on Customer Service, forgive us, but we do enjoy a little bit of high-fiving.
